What will I learn during the training?

Participants will learn how AI tools can support revenue generation, improve productivity, strengthen decision-making, and streamline daily operations. The training also introduces practical ways to identify opportunities to apply AI within your organization.

 

What is the format of the training?

The Level 1 program is delivered through six structured modules that combine guided instruction, demonstrations of AI tools, and practical examples participants can begin applying immediately in their work.

 

How long is the training?

The training is delivered in a three-hour session held from 12:00 Noon – 3:00 PM at the California Business Center. Additional sessions may also be scheduled for organizations interested in hosting on-site training.

 

Should I bring anything to the training?

Yes. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptop so they can follow demonstrations and practice using AI tools during the session. Organizations are also welcome to bring team members who would benefit from learning the tools together.

 

What will I walk away with after the training?

Participants leave with practical examples of AI tools, ready-to-use prompts and ideas, and a simple starting plan for applying AI to support revenue and operations within their organization.

 

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who complete the training will receive the AI Business Advantage™ Level 1 Certificate of Completion, which recognizes their understanding of practical AI applications in business and organizational environments.

 

What happens after Level 1?

Level 1 introduces foundational AI concepts and tools. Participants who wish to continue their learning can progress to Level 2 (AI Implementation) and Level 3 (AI Strategy & Transformation), with the opportunity to earn the full AI Business Advantage™ Certification.

What is the refund policy?

 

All registrations are non-refundable. Because space in the training is limited and materials are prepared in advance, refunds cannot be issued once a registration is completed.

 

What if I cannot attend after registering?

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future training session, subject to availability. Transfer requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled training whenever possible.

 

Can I transfer my registration to another person?
